Nestled in a quiet street, just 450 metres from the main street and patrolled surf beach, you could literally unpack your bags and leave the car parked for the duration of your holiday at Sunyata.
This wonderfully presented, stylishly furnished low set three bedroom home features:

Cool off in the in ground swimming pool or watch the kids splash about whilst you relax in the covered outdoor area which also boasts a gas BBQ.
The back yard is fully fenced which is perfect for the kids and the family pet - outdoors only please.
Sleeps six in two x queen size beds and one x single bed with trundle.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
Pet friendly properties are not all fully fenced, please refer to the individual property description. If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.

A great place to stay!
Tania - 15th December 2023Sunyata was the perfect place to stay. It has been renovated and is beautiful inside with everything you could need. The pool and outdoor patio are right outside and perfect to relax at. The pool was a great size and well maintained. Our two dogs had an amazing time also. Sunyata was really close to the town and beach, just a short walk. Would definitely recommend this as an awesome place to stay!

Great location and accommodation
Karen - 12th July 2021Just returned from a great stay at Sunyata. The house is in a really good location and is so close to everything. The yard is a perfect size and the interior of the property is very nice and recently renovated to a great standard. The table tennis table in the double garage was also a great hit with the kids!! We will be back.

Nice house but needs maintenance
Richard - 27th January 2020Positives: Handy location, two large lounges with both having comfortable couches and a TV, Swimming pool, Air-conditioning. Negatives: Very small kitchen. Bottom element in oven not working - very slow cooking and received a burn from the oven knobs. Fridge not large enough for family of five, and not cold enough to chill beer - need to chill wine/beer in small freezer, repeating this process every 2-3 hours as they'll warm up in the fridge, even with the coldest possible setting. The otherwise good BBQ has been partially rusted by leak in patio roof and hole in the BBQ cover. One of the BBQ control knobs does not work which is potentially dangerous if you do not turn off the gas at the bottle. Missing catches on some windows. If the fridge was replaced with a functional larger model, and the oven was fixed it would rate four stars.

Kate - 7th October 2019Fantastic location, quiet cul de sac great neighbours - walk to absolutely everything, and also great smoothie shop right beside it! Quick and friendly check-in, roomy enough for 2 small families, good pool, plenty of cutlery and kitchenware, plenty of parking for the 4WD's...however, doonas and blankets had stains, pillows need to be updated, single beds really needed king single sheets (we were caught out) and although the house was surface clean, it could have been cleaner. Stains all over carpets and furniture. Oven was also a bit ordinary. It is looking rather tired with outdoor chairs broken, sliding doors quite hard to open and wooden blinds broken and not able to shut. We are travelling back to Rainbow next year and would stay here again if it has a little refurb...

Wonderful Stay
dtv - 10th January 2019We had a wonderful time, very clean, very comfortable, had everything that you needed already there. A short walk to the Main Street and beach - would definitely recommend. Only problem we had was with a few pests but maybe due for a pest spray other than that we could not fault anything at all.
