Leave the car behind, and walk 5 minutes to the beach or 5 minutes to the start of the Carlo Sandblow bush walk for spectacular 180-degree views from the top of the sandblow from Double Island Point to Fraser Island.

This property is not available as a party house. There is a strict noise policy - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs.
Sleeps seven in two x queen size beds and a bunk room (single bed plus a single bunk bed).
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Neighbours inform owner's what you are doing
john - 11th January 2022The house was great, pet friendly with a secure fenced backyard. However a few things let this property down, one of the neighbours notifies the owners what you are doing eg, who's there etc (Not Cool)! The upstairs balcony did not lock so check with the real estate about this and the upstairs blinds in the bedrooms are not block out, so no sleep ins. All in all this house was clean and comfort and we would stay there again.
Ideal holiday house
Kevin - 29th August 2021We stayed for two weeks and found it very comfortable. It is conveniently located close to the sports club and easy walking distance to the shops and beach. It is extremely well equipped and ideal for our purposes. The upstairs deck and outside patio we particularly enjoyed. The only fault is the dated downstairs bathroom which is in need of upgrading.

Collsie - 28th December 2018Very comfortable and cool beach house, great verandah and mini bar upstairs and very well equipped kitchen downstairs. Fantastic outdoor areas. Small fenced area at rear for a dog. Downstairs bathroom is very dated however the remainder of house is nicely renovated with a small upstairs bathroom. Lovely and cool bedrooms.
