Sleeps eight in one x queen size bed, two x single beds and two x sofa beds.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Great for family!
Zorco - 13th July 2020Really liked this cottage for a family getaway - plenty of space and located within reasonable distance to shops and beaches. Like all holiday accommodation spring cleaning is required from time to time and this cottage is certainly in need of one. Apart from that we were happy with what was offered for the price. Would stay there again... after a good spring clean of course! :)
Great Get Away. Everything you need
Astrid - 1st July 2020This cottage had everything, but air con and heater. But really, did not need this. I would consider more fans maybe in summer. But the cottage was exactly what I wanted. Yard, close to town, plenty of sleeping space and well stocked kitchen ware. It is just like renting out a house with everything in it. I walked everywhere, had fun with the kids and would do it again, even bring another family with us. There is enough space. Just don't expect brand new, it is a cottage, has what you need and basic.

Lisa - 7th January 2020The stay was terrible for 3000 dollars it wasn’t cleaned before we went in the yard was long wasn’t mowed before we went in the house was very dirty the queen bed couldn’t sleep on it because springs came thru in the mattress the other four single beds were like sleeping on cement the house was like a sauna only one fan upstairs n that was in the middle of the big room no where near the beds the beds were at each end away from the beds wouldn’t recommend this place at all
Lovely cottage feel
Helen - 16th April 2019A lovely cottage in a quiet street. It was well stocked with essential cleaning, cooking and some food items. A fan in the main bedroom and one in the loft living area which would easily sleep 10 upstairs. Best to take your own fans in warmer weather for anyone sleeping upstairs. No air conditioning
