This elevated and stylish unit boasts amazing views of Fraser Island, the Great Sandy Straits, and out to sea. The location doesn't get any better than this!
The township of Rainbow Beach and pristine, patrolled beach is only a 10 minute walk down the hill.
The famous Carlo Sand Blow is also only a short, 10 minute walk through rainforest, offering beautiful views to Double Island Point on the seaside, and the Great Sandy Straits to the west. This is a not-to-be-missed part of your stay so make sure you take the time out to enjoy the incredible sunsets.

There are plenty of cafes, Pubs and Clubs in town but you can opt to chill out and eat in with a fully equipped kitchen in the unit.
Please note: the entire property depicted in the photos is not part of this holiday let - only two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs are available for use. The downstairs section of the property is a separate unit.
Sleeps five in one x queen size bed, two single beds and a sofa bed.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Disappointing
Warren - 15th August 2021The place hasn't been cleaned for months- dirt and dust everywhere. There are 2 toilets and you only get given 1 toilet roll so the whole family has to share. The keys are a battle and all doors are hard to open. The television doesn't work at all. It needs lots of maintenance. Not worth it!

When you are at a property where you take own linen, make beds and have to shop even for toilet roll before you can unpack...../it doesnt make it enjoyable. The keys werent labelled. The doors were stiff and we had visions of keys breaking. Reported to agent on day 1. Wrong code given to us by agent to collect keys on public holiday. With some creature comforts, like tea, coffee, milk, it would make the place so much better.

Good view
sarah - 8th November 2020The view was great but the apartment looks a lot newer in the photos. It wasn't very clean (dirty floors, dirty carpet, dirty sink, very dusty) but was spacious. Love the area and enjoyed our stay.
Cooloola appartment
Cherry - 7th September 2020This unit was pretty disappointing. There was so toilet paper, bin bags, towels, bed linen, bath mats or even any cleaning cloths for the kitchen. (I realised once we were already on our way that in the novel of a description they wrote about the place that you have to order bed linen/towels a week in advance) That’s fine, I just think they should make it much more obvious in the description. It should be the first thing that is written! We had about 2 showers then the bathroom started flooding out of the drain and into all of our clothes and the carpet. We then couldn’t shower after that because we didn’t want to flood the place! Luckily our friends were staying down the road we were able to stay there. Overall the view was great and it was a pretty cosy place to stay, just disappointing.

Amazing Views
Leandra - 4th January 2020We spent a week at Rainbow Views and had a beautiful holiday. Rainbow Views is perfectly located for those who don’t mind being slightly away for the busy centre, but close enough to walk down. The accommodation is clean and comfortable (apart from the sofa bed!!). We would definitely go back!
