This house boasts two kitchens, two bathrooms and a huge deck to relax and unwind on. Upstairs has two bedrooms, downstairs has three bedrooms plus a huge rumpus room. The rumpus is open plan living with pool table, table tennis, Telstra TV, blue tooth sound bars in three areas of the house, Wii and dartboard, all provided for your entertainment.
But Wait There Is More: Two x BBQs - One on the main deck is a four burner with a hood plus a side burner. The other bbq is downstairs - four burner with a hood, outdoor shower, ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout, boat parking, huge carport, free wifi, firepit, outdoor bar, two x coffee machines - one in each kitchen, coffee beans only, please byo beans - plus there is a beer fridge.
Air conditioning in upstairs lounge and downstairs lounge.
Dunworkin is only a short stroll to the surf beach and shops. This is a great location for a family beach side holiday. This house is one of very few in Rainbow Beach that can cater for big families or groups of friends.

Downstairs – One x single/queen bunk bed in rumpus room
Upstairs – Bedroom 1 - one x king size bed (main), Bedroom 2 - one x single bunk bed and one x single bed.
Low level part of house (right hand side): – Bedroom 3 – one x king bed (main), Bedroom 4 – one x queen. Bedroom 5 – 2 x single beds.
-Please be aware that this property is in a residential area with neighbours who live close by permanently. Please be mindful and courteous with regards to this situation.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
Pet friendly properties are not all fully fenced, please refer to the individual property description. If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.

Beautiful spacious holiday home
Broughan M - 3rd December 2023Clean, modern, airy, spacious home made for a few ramilies to stay. 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, a big rompous room with a pool table, an undercover, upstairs balcony with a big dining setting and 2 deck chairs where you can watch the sunset, enjoy a cocktail. The luxurious pool has a sail for shade with deck chairs, pristine clear water...looks like a pool at a resort. Decorated with love in a beach and sea theme. Beautiful, peaceful...2 minute walk to the beach.
Dunworkin was great for our family stay.
Vicki Page - 12th May 2022Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dunworkin. It offered plenty of sleeping options and allowed us to spread out and not feel we were on top of each other. The facilities were more than ample and all in all it was very comfortable. The pool area was impressive - it was a shame the weather didn't allow us to use it more. The upstairs deck easily accommodated us at meal times and other times. It was within easy walking distance of the beach and all the shops. We will come again.
Family Holiday House
Jenn - 11th January 2022While the house was great for our large Family, it is very run down. Oven upstairs needs a new rubber as couldn't cook in it. Upstairs toaster only works 1 side. Lots of cocharoaches - whether from rain not sure. Was very hard working out what Crockery etc went up and down. An itinerary saying "all White up and coloured down" etc would have been helpful. We were there to relax and enjoy so a bit stressful re any mix ups. A decent Deck upstairs for Family Dinners. All in all a fair Family Holiday House. It really didn't suit our Family for sleeping as we have 3 Couples, 2 Single Adults and 4 Children. We don't like Double Deckers and the one down was a bit dodgy. Upstairs top was used for 2 nights! Double beds or Pull out Beds (decent ones) would certainly have been a better option.

Great holiday house
Michelle - 29th September 2018Stayed here for a week and the house was really well stocked with cutlery, utensils, pots/pans, containers, batteries etc. Fitted 4 families comfortably (14 people). Have to say the queen bed & pillows upstairs were too soft, they were so uncomfortable. Short walk to the beach & shops. Was disappointed with the fishing, thought they’d be plentiful but perhaps it was the wrong time of year (September). Beautiful meals at the bowls club, local fish n chips, bakery & cafes. The IGA had everything else you need at really good prices too. Great place to stay.
