Gorgeous beach house situated only five minutes walk from the pristine surf beach via a bush track.
Wonderfully presented, this two bedroom home is the ultimate beach house, set in bush surroundings and offering total privacy.
Featuring polished timber floors, tasteful and modern decor and everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.
Also features: ceiling fans, TV, double carport and stylish furniture.
Please note that the bathroom is 'separate' to the main section of the house although linked by a covered deck.
Sleeps five in two x queen beds and one x single bed.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Homely but beware the bathroom
Roxanne Iwinski - 25th August 2022Retro style beach shack with spacious kitchen and living area. If I knew the bathroom was exposed to the elements, we would have chosen something else. Shower is over the bath with no shower curtain. Water goes everywhere. Summer months only! Description does not state bathroom and toilet are exposed to the elements. It’s like being at a caravan park! Beds also low and hard. Glad to find extra blankets. Best for a boys weekend.
Relaxed and easy
Camilla - 13th December 2021Such a perfect beach house and relaxing holiday home with all that is needed. Not appropriate for the very elderly with stairs and stepdown shower but so comfortable for a small family. Birdlife abounds, great for nature lovers. Private and peaceful and restful. Very grateful to have a simple home like this to stay in. Absolutely delightful.
Convenience not comfort
Paulene - 12th November 2021Booked for others including elderly couple. Beds were very low. Bathroom and toilet were out on the verandah open to the elements. The shower was over the bath which was set down into floor. I would not recommend this house for elderly people. It is better suited for the young and more mobile.
Love this little house

Beach House
Antonio - 26th September 2021Second time I've this in this place in the last 5 years, the place is surprisingly very well maintained, appliances all work well unlike some other holiday rentals and plenty of items in the home for a comfortable stay. The only gripe I have with the place is the outdoor toilet and shower block is a bit drafty in the colder days. The place was definitely designed before the encroachment of other houses around it, it does lack a bit of privacy with its open planned living style, but the neighbours were great and don't bother anyone at all.

Clare - 15th August 2021We have stayed several tiimes in this place and love its quirky features. However, the beds are really needing attention. Mattresses and the toppers just arent cutting the mustard anymore.Other than that we love it! Some attention to this and winner winner!

Great holiday house by the beach
Nadia - 1st February 2019Calledon was a great little place to stay, was so close to town and the beach. It was super relaxed and had everything we needed. This place was very economical too. Only drawback were the beds being a little hard for us, but otherwise highly recommend.

Traveller - 21st September 2014Nice place to stay at large open rooms with high ceilings and timber floors. Plenty of large open windows so that you can stare and be lost in nature that encloses the house by trees. The kitchen is fully operational with gas stove tops. The house can be rather cold in the cooler times but I found plenty of blankets in the cupboards to keep me warm with. Shower and toilet is external with permanently open louvers which can be rather chilling at times I showered in the warmer parts of the day when I could which wasn't too bad. I recommend staying in the house but its more suited to the warmer months so you may want to bring some warmer cloths for the cooler months of the year.
