Christmas 2021
Simmo - 4th January 2022What an amazing location and a beautiful appartment. The team at Cooloa Realty were super awesome to deal with and managed to please our large booking of multiple appartments. Thanks team and thanks for making our Christmas so great.
Apartment average but Location great!
Nikki - 20th January 2021We had a relaxing stay at Baden 65 in January 2021 (it doesn’t have 2021 on dates for selection on review). The apartment is a good size for a family of 4. If your looking to really self cater and cook for the time you are there, then this apartment isn’t for you. The kitchen was very basic, with only a cook top but no extractor fan, which to be honest is a foe par on the kitchen design. It made cooking difficult with smells etc. No oven. A microwave, but this failed due to electrical shortage. The beds can do with an upgrade. Hard and old. The pillows left something to be desired. Smokers lived next door and sitting outside when they were out was unpleasant due to the smoke. I personally think no smoking anywhere outside near where people congregate shouldn’t be allowed. Management of the complex should take note on this. That is the negative out of the way...the good stuff. The apartment was on the ground floor next to the lap pool which was fantastic. The kids could go and swim and we could sit and watch from our patio. The pool was well kept clean and lovely. The grounds in general of the complex were well looked after. The walk to the beach is 400 meters way, through a lovely little woody area. The beach is stunning, one of our favourites up this way. The town is only a 5 min drive or a 25 min walk, either along the beautiful beach or on the pathway along the road from the complex. Inskip point was 5 mins from us, and getting over to Fraser Island was very easy. The town has improved a lot since the last time we stayed 3 years ago. A few more pubs and restaurants. The Deck & Salt Tapas bar was our fav. Nice beer garden and stunning deck. They were all good for food. Except would say the RBH was very average for food. Wouldn’t bother going there again. Rainbow Beach is far becoming one of our favourite holiday destinations, it has a very chilled vibe and so much you can do and see around the area.
