Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

No Aircon No Reception
Lauren M - 13th January 2025We were aware that there was no aircon but that was ok, we live locally and dont have aircon at home. Please keep in mind that the neighbour smokes so when the doors are open you do get the smell of smoke wafting through the apartment. There is also no wifi - BUT - there is also no reception! This made it very difficult to communicate with our friends in other appartments. TV remote did not work - so we could only turn it on at the wall and had no sound control Could be alot nicer
Thanks so much for your review. The unit is not advertised as having aircon or wifi and unfortunately the property owner cannot control mobile phone reception which can be patchy when the town is very busy. Thank you again.
No Air conditioning
Lisa - 2nd November 2021Location is fantastic but no air con in 30+ degree days was extremely uncomfortable! Reluctant to cook or use the dryer as inside temp of unit was sweltering, sleeping was also impacted!
Quiet resort
Heidi - 6th October 2019We only stayed for 4 days, but it was really nice and quiet and peaceful.

Lozz - 29th December 2018Was an enjoyable stay but unfortunately no air con which was a bit hard to take until cool change came through. Just needs extra items ie champagne glasses and more wine glasses - easy walk to family in Rainbow Shores and beach.
May Day long weekend at Rainbow
Rob a - 3rd May 2016Great price, great accommodation. Nice size kitchen and open plan out to large deck for Saturday night get together with friends! Huge shower, quiet rooms. Awesome pools and BBQ areas. Clean and casual-loved it! Spa was out of action- oh well.
