7 Naiad Court features an open plan layout which has been designed with a 5 star energy rating to maximise the bush and beach location by capturing the sea breezes to stay cool in summer and warm in winter. Both the main bedroom and main living area are air conditioned.
Boasting three large bedrooms and enough space for the whole family to relax, unwind and enjoy a beach side holiday. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a modern ensuite and adjacent sitting room. All living areas and bedrooms have high ceilings and are equipped with the highest standard of finishes. The living area opens out onto the main deck overlooking the pool and connects to a large expanse of decks externally.
The large, functional, European kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and flows effortlessly into the dining area. There are gorgeous vistas from the ample windows out to the surrounding bush and landscaped gardens.
Multiple levels of back decking lead straight to a bush pathway, which in turn vanishes through the trees, only to reappear 300m later at Rainbow Beach. The backyard is fully fenced and you can bring your family pet along for a beach side holiday as well (outdoors only please).
All the wonders of a Fraser Island day tour are yours to be had just a few kilometres up the road, while the Great Sandy National Park is directly to the south if you fancy a bushwalk or a spot of camping.
Sleeps eight in two x queen size beds and two x single bunk beds.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
Pet friendly properties are not all fully fenced, please refer to the individual property description. If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional $50 per pet levy payable.
