Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Upstairs in lounge area needs large fans in ceiling and a large split system as it was very hot-bought our own fan. TVs need replacing and also fridge in kitchen as it does not close properly and wont freeze only top shelf.Couldnt see TV in lounge needs curtains behind as very glarey.

We stayed here 10 years ago & loved it. It’s still has beautiful views we could watch the whales go by with bino’s,great location & friendly staff. Everything you need is here. Nothing has changed in 10 years which is the only downfall, the bed in the main room really needs to be replaced it was lumpy & lacking support, the same with the lounges, the fridge does not close properly so anything on the top shelf freezes, the BBQ really needs replacing & the gas bottle is 5 years out of date safety issue, the out door furniture needs to be tightened, the blinds in the bathroom just need to be replaced, lucky no Neighbour’s at the rear to watch you shower. That brings me to the last small issue water pressure in the 2 showers is terrible, but the shower in the garage is AMAZING, so we all used that one. We still had a fantastic time.

We recently stayed at 90 Cooloola Drive and have to say it is an exceptional place with great views to Double Island Point and down to the Wide Bay Bar and Fraser Island, close enough to walk to town and with everything you need for a relaxing Rainbow Beach holiday. Perfect for large groups or two families or those with teenagers who like there own space. We will be back again!

Certainly not panoramic views but ocean glimpses. Majority of view is looking at trees. You get a bad taste in your mouth when you arrive and the yard is gated off so you can’t park and wash your JetSki/ boat. The driveway is extremely steep and almost impossible to park anything on a trailer in it. The sign gating off the yard says ‘do not park on the grass you are being warched’. Extremely creepy and not a good start to the holiday. Place needs a good vacuum and dust, new blinds and new windows in the dining room that stay open needed. Might I suggest a toilet roll in each bathroom when you arrive would be appreciated. Fridge in kitchen door doesn’t close properly and fridge in deck doesn’t work. Fridge in garage took almost 2 days to get cold. That aside the place is well equipped and has good facilities. Beds comfortable. Aircon in bedroom is very much needed. BBQ needs an update. Impossible to start without lifting the grill. Only possible to turn on gas from behind the BBQ. two cups of tea for a house that sleeps 8 is a bit of a joke and screams cheap. Lovely area for a holiday and we have rented houses in the area. We will book a different place in future because of the reasons above.
