Absolutely gorgeous beach house situated less than 250 metres from the pristine surf beach via a bush track.
This fantastic beachside retreat also features:

The undercover entertainment area is fully screened so the whole family can relax without worrying about mozzies and flies!
Pets are also welcome, please note that the property is not fenced.

The two separate living areas allow space for the whole family - the kids can have one area whilst the parents relax in the other! This is an extremely child-friendly property with plenty of puzzles, books and games to keep the family entertained when you aren't out enjoying the beach.
Sleeps nine in one x king size bed, one x queen size bed, two x single beds and a double/single combo bunk bed.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Relaxing Family Holiday
Amanda - 4th July 2021A great location and loads of space for the family. Nice touches too with games and puzzles for the family and pantry basics. Loved not having wi fi so the kids could play and explore. Also lovely quiet neighbourhood and just a short walk to a beautiful beach.

Amanda - 24th January 2021The house is nice and was fairly clean (except the floors with hair from many dogs left in places, the dryer and all the upholstery which badly needs a steam clean). Its in a great location and the enclosed outdoor area is very handy and an excellent idea. The beds are very shoddy though, especially the kids' ones, which may be fine for older kids (with all the added toppers they have), but not SIDS or SUDI safe for those under 5. They are lumpy and all bar 1 mattress in the house are way past their use by date and deteriorating badly. The main bed has a broken wheel in the middle and was so bad for me that we left 2 nights early (with no compensation from the owner who didn't want to hear about it even though the real estate passionately stated a case for this as she believed we should receive it even though we had not asked for it). There is no clothesline either - yep, a beach house with no clothesline or even an airer! There is also only 1 bin in the whole house that sleeps 9 with 3 bathrooms - this is mostly a problem for girls/ladies... (bit awkward) Also doesn't have wi-fi. The dining table and chairs are also broken or damaged and so we didn't feel comfortable using them. Highly recommend all cushions and the kids' room couch and main lounge couch etc be steam cleaned. We paid nearly $2500 for 1 week here and it was a nice house, but for that money it really needs to be properly up to scratch without broken furniture and beds that are at least twice the age they should be. We still had a great time (before we left) and enjoyed the short walk to the beach and great ride into town, but very disappointed with this owner and that the property isn't kept in the state it should be for this money. The real estate (Cooloola Coast Realty) is very helpful, understanding, proactive and nice though should you have any issues or want to book another property with them. We stayed in 2021, not 2020, but the options haven't been updated for these reviews yet.
Perfect Holiday House
AH2020 - 4th January 2021This was the perfect house for our holidays! Spacious, clean, modern interior. Location is perfect as you're only a short bush walk away from the beach and there is a concrete footpath to ride your bike into town. We also loved the screened outdoor area and BBQ. Perfect house for a group of people or families.

Comfortable, Quiet and Easy Living
Zach - 27th October 2020Great location, short bush track walk to beach. Very quiet. House very comfortable especially with 3 bathrooms makes it easy living. Everything on hand. One major disappointment was virtually no reception on tv. Great that you can take pets as well.

Great dog friendly holiday

Great back verandah, spacious and screened, short bush track to awesome dog friendly beach and the part cars are not allowed. Rainbow beach is a lovely and well appointed small town, with not too many tourists to spoil it! I would definitely like to make this our annual family holiday.

Pinh - 7th January 2019Love the kitchen! Massive stone bench kitchen and super spacey to cook. Also loved that the back outdoor area had a mosquito cover - felt outdoors but also protected from all the mozzies! Also very close to our fav spot - double island point and close to beach access and shops. Very clean & would come back!
