This huge, beach side home has room for the whole family as well as a back yard large enough for a game of footy or cricket. Split over multiple levels with a separate, self-contained area on the first level, this impressive home offers water views and ocean breezes, a wonderful bushland setting and full-length decks on every level. This holiday home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your time away at the beach.

Sleeps ten in three x queen size beds, one x single bed and one x combo bunk with a double on bottom, single on top.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Please note: This holiday house is located in a quiet and relaxing, residential area and has a strictly no parties or functions policy.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Great house for families, disappointed in cleanliness of house
Rhianna K - 2nd April 2024Pros- large house with lots of room for everyone and great views, unfortunately it ends there. The house is in desperate need of a good clean. On arrival I had to ask for the oven and BBQ to be cleaned before we could use them, this was promptly attended too. The dishwasher and microwave had not be cleaned for months with food and grime inside them. Cockroaches, dead and alive were plentiful as well as dirt and dust everywhere. The double bed mattress on the bunk bed smelled of urine.

Great stay near the beach for extended family
Erin - 28th June 2021Very big and very comfortable, my family had a great time here. Blankets in cupboards are smelly so couldn’t use, BBQ totally unusable, wifi awful (which we didn’t care about as spent little time online and just used phone data), and needed a heater as the weather was pretty cold, however everything else was really great and would still recommend (especially if these things are attended to!).

Great location and loads of room!
Kym - 28th January 2020Excellent spot, beautiful breeze and really easy to walk into town. Loads of space and everything you could need. There was builders next door, house being demolished so there early and a bit of noise. We did have advantage of a good view with house gone, but when re-built view will be gone I’m assuming.
