Beautifully presented and very comfortable, the unit is perfect for families. The open plan kitchen and living area flows out onto the outdoor entertaining area which features an outdoor setting and gas bbq.
The master bedroom is located upstairs, along with an ensuite and separate toilet with vanity (powder room). The second and third bedrooms are located downstairs along with another bathroom.
Other features include:

- washing machine (no dryer)
- gas bbq on front deck
Park the car in the single lock up garage and walk the short distance to everything you need including the shops, cafes and patrolled surf beach.
Sleeps six in one x queen size bed (upstairs), one x double bed (downstairs) and two x single beds (downstairs).
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Michelle - 22nd January 2022Stayed here with young family, nice views, cool ocean breeze, clean, tidy, comfortable, kitchen has everything needed for self-catering, plenty of space, close to IGA supermarket and takeaway food. Highly recommend
Nice view close to amenities
Cherie - 12th January 2022On arrival the house looked nice, was well decorated, clean, the view was nice and house was close to everything. 6 of us stayed here for a week these are the issues we had. The garage smelt like fish and urine, there is a unnecessary note on the inside of garage door saying some idiot broke it? There is no dryer which it states in the description of the property, but could you please supply a larger clothes airer or put a foldable line in the garage? The clothes airer supplied will only fit 4 towels (not very practical for 6 guests). There is no aircon at all, it was very hot when we stayed and because of the rain we were limited to what windows we could open as the rain would come in. Please invest in some more pots and pans 2 pots and one frying pan is not enough for 6 guests. The cutlery looks nice but is not practical to use. The coffee mugs are all stained on the inside. The plates are plastic. There are no large knives to cut vegetables or meat with. The beds/pillows are all very hard and uncomfortable. There is no wifi and there is only 1 tv upstairs. Please state this in your description of property. If aircon is installed, wifi is available, you upgraded kitchen items, supply nicer pillows and bigger clothes airer then yes we would come back.

Natalia - 26th April 2021I just came back from a long weekend in this lovely place, I can’t wait to go back, the place have everything you need for a comfortable accomodation, looks better than the photos, the ocean views are incredible, close to everything and value for money is the best part!
