Air conditioned main living area flows out onto the large deck with a gas bbq and outdoor lounge to relax upon. The main living space is open plan incorporating a modern kitchen with stone benchtops plus a 900mm oven and gas cooktop; dining area and spacious lounge. The second living area is great for kids or just a spot to read a book and have a nap. There is also free wi-fi access for guests.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Lovely house close to beach
Ben - 28th December 2021We had a fantastic stay in this property! 5 minute walk to a nice quiet section of the beach. Very well equipped kitchen, huge fridge and oven. Plenty of room with extra TV room and a spacious deck. Definitely recommend!
Great family holiday
RonJane - 1st January 202115 Esprit Drive was perfectly situated for our 2 week family Christmas holiday. The house was very well presented and we spent many hours on the spacious deck. About 400 meters to the beach through coastal bushland, perfect for wetting a line and a dip. Walked up the beach to the shops at Rainbow Beach quite a few times. Thank you!

Inskip Avenue
Macka - 25th September 2020When I booked this place online it had great reviews. I checked its location and found it backed onto Inskip Av. There is a buffer zone Green belt) between rear of property and Inskip Av and thought shouldn't be too noisy. However, expect noise from vehicles going to and from Inskip Point/Fraser Island from early am and throughout the day. Don't expect to sleep in.Other than traffic noise a neat and tidy place.

Very comfortable stay
Julie - 29th July 2019We really enjoyed our 3 day stay. The house was extremely clean, in a relaxing location surrounded by beautiful bush/ landscape , and bird life. There was everything we needed in the house for adults and kids, with the beds being super comfortable. Free wifi was a hit and there were 3 TVs to keep everyone happy. We will be back.
