Sleeps twelve in one x queen size bed, one x double bed, two x double/single combo bunks and a fold out lounge (double size).
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Beautiful House, Great Location
Geraldine - 5th October 2021Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house, great size and very clean. Although only a couple of minor details I would like to add. 1. Place a washing basket in the laundry 2. Remote for downstairs TV not working 3. A shower downstairs would make the 2nd bedroom, living area just perfect.

Ros - 16th June 2020Loved our Adventure at Rainbow beach. The highlight was horse riding on the beach. The house is located on a quiet street with views of Fraser from the balcony. Plenty of space for a large family. Kids loved the selection of old school games and the pool. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable and relaxing. We will be back.
