No requirement to bring your own linen - all beds are ready made for your arrival ..... just unpack and enjoy! Starter pack of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc provided. Please byo after that and BYO beach towels.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as hair and body products, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.
Sleeps ten in one x king size bed, one x queen size bed, and two x bunk beds (double bed on bottom single on top).
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Claire - 28th July 2021Such a great location with the beach 200m or so away and a shared private track to get there. The house comfortably fit 7 adults and 2 toddlers. Only thing I would say as a negative is the pillows were not so comfortable (very thin), so pack your own pillows.

Trudy - 4th May 2021The fire pit was the main attraction. The bushland back drop and the short walk to the beach was amazing. The pool is bigger than the photos look, Beds were comfortable and everything worked. Definitely will be back. :)

Jazmin - 22nd February 2021I have absolutely no complaint, very clean and tidy upon arrival. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensil, pots pans and plates. Beds where comfy and the pool is amazing. Will definitely be going back there
Excellent House, Excellent Location
PJ - 4th December 2020The place was awesome with a nice large kitchen and pass through window to the entertainment area. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, modern and well equipped. The entertainment area and the pool outside were the highlight of the house, with plenty of room to sit around and relax. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the kitchen equipment was insubstantial for 8 people. Nothing major, just the pots and bowls were quite small, and appeared to be inadequate for cooking large portions for a big group which proved challenging at meal times. Air Conditioning in the house and a fan from the roof of the entertainment area would be a welcome addition for comfort but luckily it wasn’t too hot this year. Other than that, a fantastic rental property and I’d be happy to return.

lance - 16th November 2020Firstly let me say that I really enjoyed the address. Its a nice house, nice pool, well positioned, quiet and comfortable. Some suggestions to make it even better. Its a 4 bedroom house which needs to accommodate potentially 10 people. Check the inventory in the kitchen. I had to purchased wine glasses from the local St Vinnies. ( I've left 7 behind for the next guests) There is only 1 decent cutting knife. The garbage bins are emptied every Monday however the recycle bin is every 2nd Monday. When we arrived both bins were overflowing from the previous guests and whilst the general bin was emptied the recycle one wasn't. A request to the agent to arrange for it to be emptied failed and 8 days of bottles had to be distributed amongst other bins to keep the place clean. But that's about it. So just a couple of very minor things.

Kristy - 12th July 2020The house was perfect for our stay. We have stayed in a number of houses in the Rainbow Shores estate and just love the trees, location and beach. This house is by far one of our favourites. The pool, playground and fire pit were a real hit.
