Freshly renovated and situated in a quiet elevated location, this three bedroom unit is part of a duplex with separate back yards (swimming pool is exclusively for the use of this unit). The entertaining areas of this unit are north facing to capture to best views and the north easterly breezes. It is just 15 minutes walk to a patrolled surf beach. The unit is set in landscaped gardens with manicured lawns, and is a 5 minute walk to nearby shops.
Prepare to feel very relaxed and at peace at the beach side place. There are two bedrooms downstairs, alongside a living room, bathroom/toilet and laundry. Upstairs boasts a large kitchen, living area, dining area, main bedroom and another bathroom with separate toilet.
The unit has all the facilities necessary to make your stay as pleasant and easy as possible including:
- Views from every level, including the poolside deck
- Poolside deck with outdoor furniture and shade provided by a gazebo
- Air conditioned throughout
- Swimming pool exclusively for the use of this unit

Please note that there is no undercover car accommodation. Guests can park on the driveway.
Sleeps eight in one x queen size bed (main bedroom - upstairs), queen size bed downstairs (bedroom 2) as well as a double/single combo bunk and single bed (bedroom three).
No requirement to bring your own linen - all beds are ready made for your arrival ..... just unpack and enjoy!
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. (A small starter pack of amenities is provided).

Was nervous about whether the house wouldn't have the right amenities, but the place had everything we needed and things we forgot to bring. The house was also conveniently next to the local IGA and walking distance to rainbow's beautiful beach. Can't wait to spend another holiday here next time!
Nice House
FionaPoole - 27th May 2019The house is great and pool is extra for the boys. No one complain and enjoyed very much. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only one minor thing is "ants" in the bathroom. We tried to clean it before using the bath but seems it comes back very quick. May be need "pets control" to solve this problem. Highly recommended :)
Great views from deck

Plenty of room for the five of us, 2parents and 3 late teenage sons to come together and enjoy each others company as well as find some quiet time for ourselves. Beds were so comfy, aircon appreciated with the humidity one day. Loved the gorgeous view and breezes from the upstairs deck area. Netflix and Wifi a bonus with the boys. Easy 12 min walk to the beach or in drive. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.
